Presentation of the Firm DSV Evolution
DSV Evolution was created by Dominique Soum Vergez in 2004.
DSV Evolution premises are located at 15 rue du Colonel DRIANT 75001 Paris (Palais Royal district and metro station).
Within the firm, it is the accompaniment of Chief Executives, Directors and their teams which is the main focus with as a guideline a process of professional efficiency and talent development.
In terms of Training and of a mix between training and coaching : DSV Evolution proposes to its clients training sessions and seminars (2 or 3 days) or workshops (half day or one day) in different fields such as:
- Handling emotions and stress
- How to lead efficient professional interviews
- Introduction to transactional analysis
- Leadership
- Public speaking
- Manager / Coach
She als created training sessions, seminars and workshops tailored to the needs of her clients in the scope of her specialties.
In terms of Coaching: DSV Evolution has been practicing 5 sorts of coaching:
- Individual coaching
- Team coaching
- Coaching for organizations
- Express coaching (2 to 3 sessions)
- Intercultural coaching
As Head of the firm, Dominique Soum Vergez created partnerships (see Partner’s section) with other coaches and other firms in order to find complementarities and to create strong teams to meet the needs of her clients.

Over 20 companies or organizations have trust DSV Evolution. For example:

BNP Paribas
DSV Evolution has been selected by BNP Paribas to participate in their leadership programme called ”Share to lead”. In French “Université d’entreprise”. In this programme (one week seminars) selected managers from BNP Paribas from all over the world experience collective and individual coaching in order to develop their talents and leadership. Dominique SOUM VERGEZ has been involved in the collective coaching as well as the individual coaching sessions. This implies individual express coaching sessions (1,5 hour), co-development sessions with groups of 8 people .The language for the programme is English.

Groupe Airbus
DSV Evolution has been selected by Airbus Group with a team of partners and Dominique SOUM VERGEZ has participated as a coach and facilitator in their leadership programme called “ FAST Programme”. In French “Université d’entreprise”. In this programme (one week seminars) selected Managers from all sorts of fields and from very diverse nationalities are offered a programme to strengthen their leadership skills and to improve their self-knowledge. Dominique SOUM VERGEZ has been involved in the whole process and namely de briefing of 360° profiles and strengths finder profiles (individual coaching), co-coaching and co-development sessions with groups of 6 people.

OCDE
DSV Evolution has been selected by OECD to participate in their talent development programme. In this programme Managers and leaders in this organization participate in coaching sessions and Dominique SOUM VERGEZ worked with them when they choose her.

RENAULT
DSV Evolution has been selected by Renault and has created a coaching seminar for the Renault Nordic Executive Team (Renault Nordic is Scandinavian subsidiary of Renault). The mission of Dominique SOUM VERGEZ was to enhance the Leadership of the members of the Executive Committee, help them handle their stress and help them to communicate their vision to their staff.

SFR
DSV Evolution has been selected by SFR to create a seminar/ workshop for their Managers. The aim was to help Managers switch from the position of a Manager to that of a Leader. The seminar was divided into two parts the first with a lot of workshops (difficult situations, best practices, conclusions and action plans) and the second one month later with 2 co development sessions).
